A and S has a simple and hassle-free Returns/ Exchanges Policy.

If you choose to Return/ Exchange the product/ products for whatever reason we are here to help!

A and S will Acknowledge Return/ Exchange if a request for the same is raised by the customer under 48 hrs of receipt of the product/ products. Return/ Exchange Request should be notified via Email (support@aandsindia.com)

Upon receipt of this Request, A and S will share a Return/ Exchange request form which needs to be duly filled by the customer along with proper photographs attached of the undamaged product/ products in its original condition.

Once the Return/ Exchange form is accepted, A and S would initiate a Return/ Exchange request via the courier partner and share the same with the customer. Instructions on how to pack the product/ products properly would be shared with the customer.

Customer is solely responsible for proper packaging of the product/ products to be returned along with all the accessories, dust bags, freebies, if any, failing which A and S reserves the right to cancel the Return/ Exchange Request.

A and S would share an acknowledgement once it receives back the product/ products and initiate a Refund/ Exchange in 7 working days upon successful quality testing/ inspection.

The returns will solely be on the customer and the return courier pick up amount @ actuals will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, A and S reserves the right to reject/ cancel any return and or exchange request of a product/ products as it deems fit.

LIST OF NON- RETURNABLE/ NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

Items that are specifically marked as NON-RETURNABLE/ NON- EXCHANGEABLE at the time of purchase.

Items that are made specifically for the customer at his/ her request.

Wear and Tear/ Color variation:

Reproduction of colors is as accurate as possible although please note that there might be slight variation of color of the actual product and the color displayed on your screen due to resolution and photography effects. This cannot be subject to return of products.

Leather:

Leather is a natural material. Minor scratches, spots and marks are natural properties of leather that accentuates its beauty. These are not treated as defects.

Prints:

Some of our accessories have prints on them that are exclusively made for us and Printed by skilled artisans by hand. Slight variation might occur in different parts or patches, which cannot be controlled.

Hardware:

Over Time, Some of the metal hardware used on the accessories might lose their shine, colour due to usage and varied weather conditions. These changes are due to the usage by the customer and cannot be held against the brand for a return/ refund/ repair.
